Trans Artists in Siberia: Mutual AiR Impulse in picturesMUTUAL artist-in-residence IMPULSE is a two year long project, through which an effective impulse of exchange of knowledge and experience is given to the artist-in-residence sector in Russia as well as in the Netherlands. From both sides we strive to establish sustainable ties between the Dutch and the Russian artist-in-residence sector. The Mutual Impulse trajectory evolves during two years, in 4 phases. We are currently at phase 2: Center and Periphery. |
