The Uncool Artist community facilitates connections with experienced artists, curators, critics, and art dealers. It fosters an environment that enables individuals to deeply engage in their practices, discover opportunities to exhibit their creations, present projects, and establish a sustainable career in the arts. UA provides a range of tailored programs for artists, aiming to provide connections and opportunities within contemporary visual arts. The International Residency Program offered by Uncool Artist combines in-person studio-based residency experiences in Brooklyn, NY, along with curated shows, complemented by an online network of resources and connections that spans over 14 months. This program links the Americas (from South to North) with the global contemporary art scene. The UA Residency serves as an exceptional stepping stone in the careers of participating artists.

The shared studios are situated in the Brooklyn Navy Yard area, providing 24/7 access to the building, inclusive of internet and all utilities. They are equipped with tables, chairs, a mini fridge, kettle, microwave, and a library of basic tools and equipment.
