Winter residency in Paris

Paris Art Residency is offering a residency in a house just a few steps from Parc de Sceaux and the RER B (Châtelet is 20 minutes away).

The house includes:

• 1 large bedroom with a private bathroom and large desk

• 30m2 "salon de musique" with piano, bass, guitar

• 20m2 music studio with another piano, drum kit, guitar,

+ 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens

• Garden, bicycle and free parking

Artists with family are welcome.

Suggested fee: €390/week. They operate on a pay-what-you-can basis, with flexible pricing and a willingness to accommodate different projects & budgets.
