Watershed’s residency program offers artists of all shapes or forms, at various stages in their career, the time, space, and community to encourage growth and experimentation in their practice.

They provide a studios space that has been converted from an old fish factory and farm shed that is suitable for all types of artists and is very versatile. They also provide a living area for the artists, six people at a time. The Cottages are newly refurbished with three rooms with a living space with a kitchenette and is only one minute walk to the Studio. The Space has beautiful undisturbed views of the river Corrib and fields surround the Studio. Which makes it a perfect location for an artist that wants a break and a place to escape and have some time to think, relax, and make work.
