The Ultra Laboratory gives the opportunity to artists and curators to work and live in Casablanca, to focus on a specific project and be immersed in a new and different environment. The residency is open to all artists and curators on a project proposal. What is different from most of A.I.R is the intimate dimension, the space receives two to four artists per year and the duration of the residencies is from one to three months. The location is ideal, it is situated at the last floor of an apartment building in the heart of Casablanca. Each residency has to lead to a body of work taking the space, the city and its cultural environment as a starting point and has to be done in accordance with the curatorial line.
