Transformation of Proceedings, or what the hell is artistic research
Description

Transformation des Geschehens is a residency program for all kind of artists who are interested in artistic research processes and transdisciplinary strategies. The residency is project based, the outcome may be installations, videos, performances, lectures, workshops, ... to display the involvement and process during the 4 weeks.

A crew from the art association Shedhalle and plattform [nobudget] wants to improve knowledge and understanding of artistic research processes, gain new insights and explore neglected perspectives of human knowledge.

Location

In Tübingen, an old university town in the South of Germany. On the area of a former slaughterhouse you will find the `Shedhalle`, the former cattle hall, extending over 1.400 sq m, which now is a space for contemporary art. It is situated close to the town center, university library and several canteens.
