Terra Firma Press was founded upon the idea of providing the community a space to explore the creative potential of both classical & contemporary printmaking, as well as the photographic & digital applications that have expanded the field of print over past decades. It offers a wide range of programming including workshops, classes, artist residencies, and contract printing services.

This program is designed to support emerging and established artists working in print-based media. This residency offers a unique opportunity to explore and expand creative practice within a supportive and creatively dynamic, cultural environment, located in Limburg Province: the southern-most region of the Netherlands, nestled between Belgium and Germany, and renowned for its "Burgundian lifestyle" and lush, rolling landscape. In addition, an important objective of the residency program is to enrich and engage the local/regional community via a reciprocal exchange of ideas and understanding fostered through accessible events such as workshops, demonstrations, artists talks, conversations, children's programming and other, collaborative, creative activities.
