Accommodation Information

Visiting artists reside on the private, expansive second floor of a charming village house in Zeda Akhalsheni. Spanning 108 square meters, this self-contained living space is intentionally designed to be a comfortable, inspiring retreat. The accommodation features a bright, private bedroom with ample natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom. indoor wood-burning fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere during cooler evenings.

A standout feature is the spacious balcony offering panoramic views of Adjara’s lush, subtropical landscape—a perfect spot for morning coffee or quiet reflection. Just outside, the grounds include a traditional outdoor brick pizza oven for relaxed, open-air cooking and socializing. To help artists start their creative days smoothly, a complimentary breakfast is provided each morning. This peaceful, independent living area allows you to fully immerse yourself in your fine art practice while enjoying the comforts of a true Georgian home.

Studio Information

Located on the completely private ground floor of the property, the dedicated studio is a distraction-free workspace designed specifically with fine artists and painters in mind. The space is anchored by a sunset-facing window that floods the room with warm, natural evening light while offering serene views of the Adjaran landscape.

Understanding the critical importance of illumination for color mixing and detail work, the studio ceiling is outfitted with a comprehensive, full-LED lighting grid. This ensures bright, consistent, and color-accurate visibility at any hour, allowing you to paint long after the sun goes down.

During cooler months, a heavy wood-burning iron fireplace efficiently heats the entire workspace, creating a deeply cozy, atmospheric environment. Whether you are stretching large canvases, utilizing the available woodworking tools, or painting late into the night, this secluded atelier provides the perfect blend of professional utility and warm, rustic comfort.
