A Position on Retreat
The residency program provides time and space for individual creative development and planned group nature-based activities. They aim to create an experience that fosters personal and creative growth, develop medium-specific skills, and connect more deeply with nature.
The residency program welcomes all media of artistic expression, and they have spaces and resources to aid in both digital and traditional practices, including painting, drawing, digital photography, video, film, 3D animation, AI, creative coding, game development, XR, emerging digital practices, Web3, creative and academic writing, and more.
This is a time to relax, experiment, and create through self-directed exploration. The outcome is both what you create but also the creative and mental state you will leave with.
