In collaboration with the municipality, it offers various opportunities in the old silk cocoon factory and the village coffeehouse for events and exhibitions

Situated in the tranquil rural area of Ekşidere village, Montag Residency can host 7 guests with its 750 square meters and three-story structure. The natural and historical elements in its garden, such as fruit trees, a stream, a mountain spring, forest, a thermal bath, and healing water, provide various experiences for artists.
Located 290 km away from Istanbul, Montag Residency is easily accessible by sea and land routes, making it a convenient destination for artists. Its rural setting offers an idyllic and ideal environment for art producers.
