Paid by artist:

75 US$ per person per day for the use of the studio spaces, accommodation, food and drinks, excluded are alcoholic drinks, needed materials, firing of the kilns and specialised tools that should be payed separately. Also cost for transportation to and from the studio should be covered by the resident(s).

In the case of a Land Art project the organisers will secure the site and all or a part of the materials needed this depending on size and type of material needed. This will be agreed on mutually.

Application guidelines:

We need a CV and a plan or idea about the residency plan or art project or land art work.
We will discuss the possibilites and go from there.

La Coyotera Taller are focused on Land Art, Ceramics, Stone Sculptures, Paintings and Drawings. Located in a rural small village high in the mountains at 2250 m with a small lake in front of the studio. They expect nothing else then have a great time creating works of art in a beautiful quiet location here in Mexico.

Outcome

Just produce your works and we can arrange to have workshops and exhibitions and also we support Land Art works where we secure the site and possibly all or part of the materials needed to produce the work depending on size and type of materials needed.

Studio Information

4 spaces: inside they have a drawing room and painting studio,outside we have a space for Land Art and stone sculpture and we have a separate ceramic studio with 2 kilns.

Accommodation Information

A cabin that accommodates up to 6 people with a private bathroom and kitchen.

Technical Information

All the materials needed for ceramics,stone sculpture, land art, painting and for drawing are available or could be provided.
