The HIAP Residency Programme is offered to arts professionals from a wide range of disciplines, including, but not limited to, Visual and Media Arts, Dance, Theatre and Literature. A residency includes accommodation and studio space at HIAP Studios free of charge for the duration of 1–3 months. The studios, which combine living and working space, are located in Cable Factory and on the island of Suomenlinna, both in Helsinki, Finland.
Helsinki International Curatorial Programme (HICP) offers curatorial residencies in Helsinki for international curators of contemporary art. The programme is co-organised by Helsinki International Artist Programme (HIAP) and Frame Visual Art Finland. The aim of the programme is to provide curators with an opportunity to carry out research and to develop international curatorial projects while building contacts with art practitioners and cultural organisations in Finland.

The studios, which combine living and working space, are located in Cable Factory and on the island of Suomenlinna, both in Helsinki, Finland.
Purpose-built live-in studio. The three international studios are located on the fifth floor of the Cable Factory complex. The studios each have an area of 50 m2 including a private kitchen and bathroom.
The Cable Factory occupies the premises of an old factory. By train: Helsinki Central Railway Station and by plane: Helsinki Vantaa-Airport. It is 2,5 km from the center. By tram it takes 20 minutes.
