WORLD WIDE AIR Residency

World Wide Air (WWA) welcomes applications from professional artists and curators worldwide. The program aims to ensure cultural exchange between professional agents on the Danish and international art scenes and a Danish audience.

WWA is calling for applications from artists or curators, who wish to research, produce or collaborate with a Danish partner (institution or agent on the Danish art scene).

In an effort to strengthen knowledge sharing, applications with an educational and/or public aspect are given priority (i.e. a master class for professional artists/curators, lecture, workshops for youths/schools, exhibition, talk, reading etc.). FABRIKKEN is able to assist with locating audiences and participants for master classes, workshops etc.

WWA welcomes artists and curators for a duration of 1-3 months. The artist in residence receives a monthly stipend plus a fixed travel grant, shared accommodation in Copenhagen and a private studio at FABRIKKEN.
