El Mirador de Akasha
The Mirador de Akasha is a self-managed Art Residence, founded in 2016 by the artists Daniela S. Checa and María Salmerón (Artemysa Salmerón). It is place to welcome artists from all over the world who love to travel and share their art with local artists. They offer a huge workshop with ceramic kiln even apart from other materials needed for the different disciplines that take place in the house (included in the AKASHA ARTISTIC CREATION SCHOLARSHIP) apart from numerous gardens and lookouts to inspire. They have different artists who collaborate with this Cultural Association as tutors and supervisors of the different workshops that are offered in the Scholarship, each one with its technique and methodology.
