Artsvit Gallery has been operating in Dnipro since 2013 and, since then, has become a cultural platform
for interdisciplinary projects, discussions, and representations of contemporary Ukrainian art.

Main directions of work:
– Exhibitions;
– Educational and research programs;
– Residencies;
– Collection of Ukrainian art from the II WW until today.

The gallery is focused on socio-critical art and is oriented to the socio-cultural context of Dnipro and the
region and its cultural, industrial, and post-Soviet heritage. Non-formal education is an essential component of the projects.
The main goal is to affect the development of local creative communities and highlight important contexts and events in Ukraine, including the full-scale Russian invasion, through art and non-formal education. The gallery also implements international art projects with the aim of representing Ukraine's interests in the world.
The mission of the Artsvit gallery is to support contemporary Ukrainian art and strengthen its role in Ukrainian society and among the international community.

The residency program is oriented towards the socio-cultural context of the city of Dnipro and the region. It has a component of informal education, with a focus on working with young artists and supporting their professional growth. They mainly offer a group residency format with mentoring and involving experts
(Ukrainian and international).

Important note: Due to the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine and the proximity to the front line, they are temporarily working mainly with local artists and cultural activists. This is an attempt to support those who remained in Dnipro, as well as due to security issues. However, if any international artists are willing to come to Dnipro, independently raising funding, we can provide institutional support and host him or her as a resident.
