Description

Artsource is the peak representative body for visual artists in Western Australia providing practical support and information services to over 900 members. They use their arts sector connections to provide a wide range of contacts and introductions throughout your residency.

Outcome

Outcomes are up to the artist but may include studio visits, artist talks, exhibitions or workshops.

Studio Information

The studio is equipped with a workable wall space and trestle tables. It can be configured by the artist to suit their requirements.

Accommodation Information

Housed in the heritage-listed Old Customs House studios building in the heart of the city, the large self-contained studio apartment includes furnished living space, bedroom and kitchen, linen, towels and basic kitchen essentials.

Location

Fremantle is situated approximately 30 minutes south of Perth (the capital of Western Australia) and is a vibrant cultural hub bustling with unique charm and character. Fremantle is located on a working port and has a laid back feel. Public transport is readily available.
