The HUB-BUB Artist-in-residence program provides three pre-professional and emerging young visual artists and one creative writer the opportunity to "live free and create" for 11-months in downtown Spartanburg, SC. The ideal candidates for this program are challenging, progressive artists who are self-directed, motivated, and passionate about creating new art. The artists will have an opportunity to showcase and sell their work in the gallery space during their stay, with special gala events highlighting both their existing work at the beginning of their residency and their new work at the end of it.
