GALA funding and resources guide

The GALA Funding and Resources Guide – Second edition is listing funding opportunities for arts and culture projects related to environmental sustainability (support schemes, transnational supports, European projects, residencies, festivals etc.) and links to sources of inspiration for more responsible action.

The focus is mostly on Europe with some international references and initiatives.

This guide has been coordinated by On the Move and is based on research and updates carried out by researcher Marta Gracia between September and December 2020,with support by the French Ministry of Culture and the Institut français.

The Green Art Lab Alliance (GALA) initiated by Yasmin Ostendorf and TransArtists, is a partnership between cultural organisations which aims to explore what environmental sustainability means for the visual arts and design. All partners believe that it’s time for culture and the arts to take responsibility in their own innovative and artistic ways.
