Transartists.org is the platform stimulating and strengthening artists' mobility in the Netherlands and internationally. It combines and shares expertise and offers tools and services on artist-in-residence programs and related issues. Trans Artists forms part of DutchCulture, centre for international cooperation, the organisation for the promotion, support and implementation of international cultural cooperation in the Netherlands. DutchCulture operates in the areas of culture, media and heritage.

On the Move (OTM) is the cultural mobility information network active in Europe and worldwide. OTM signposts free and updated information on cultural mobility opportunities through its website, facebook page and monthly newsletter. OTM also produces online cultural mobility funding guides and toolkits providing tips and resources to facilitate cultural mobility (Move on! for emerging artists, guide for cultural journalists, green mobility guide etc.).

OTM has been advocating for better conditions for mobile artists and cultural professionals through its Charter for a Sustainable and Responsible Cultural Mobility. The topics covered are visas, social, administrative and environmental issues and funding strategies.

Centre for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle (PL) - A-i-R Laboratory

The mission of A-I-R laboratory is to support the mobility of Polish as well as international artists.

Our team of four carries out artistic residency programme tasks on two levels. First of all through a curatorial residency programme: we invite foreign artists to participate in the programme so that they can realise their own artistic projects. They use the residency to study a new setting, reflect on their practice, experiment.

Cape Farewell (UK)

In 2001 the artist David Buckland created the Cape Farewell project to instigate a cultural response to climate change. Cape Farewell is now an international not-for-profit programme based in the Science Museum's Dana Centre in London and with a North American foundation based at the MaRS centre in Toronto.

Cape Farewell works in partnership with scientific and cultural institutions to deliver an innovative climate programme of public engagement. We use the notion ofexpedition - Arctic, Island, Urban and Conceptual - to interrogate the scientific, social and economic realities that lead to climate disruption, and to inspire the creation of climate focused art which is disseminated across a range of platforms - exhibitions, festivals,publications, digital media and film.
