Ladomyria offers residents a wide hall for creative work, built with a perfect eastern daylight orientation. The hall is modern, bright, with an area of 212 square meters. The area of additional rooms (foyer, wardrobe and toilets) is 32 square meters, while the area of the main room is 180 square meters.
Artists stay in a hotel in the city center which is within walking distance from the residence (about 7 minutes). Up to 12 rooms in the hotel can be provided, thus maximum 12 artists can be hosted at once. Housing on the territory of the residence is currently under reconstruction. Availability to host groups depends on the size of the group. Partners and family of the artist are welcome, but they bear these costs on their own.
There is a hand weaving workshop on the territory of the residence where five craftswomen work. This will allow the artists to learn the basics of hand weaving (upon prior request). Recordings of scholarly lectures on the features of traditional Ukrainian clothing (in Ukrainian) are also available for artists' use. Laptops, a printer and Wi-Fi connection are provided to all residents. Moreover, Ladomyria organizes introductory tours to museums and castles located around the residence, peep-to-peer talks, and technical advice. Should the artist need some extra materials, we are ready to discuss their provision individually.
