Availability to host groups depends on the size of the group. Partners and family of the artist are welcome, but they bear these costs on their own.

Recordings of scholarly lectures on the features of traditional Ukrainian clothing (in Ukrainian) are also available for artists' use. Laptops, a printer and Wi-Fi connection are provided to all residents. Moreover, Ladomyria organizes introductory tours to museums and castles located around the residence, peep-to-peer talks, and technical advice.
