* Other conditions: the residence covers travel expenses up to 5000 rubles (70 EUR). Usually, this amount is enough to cover tickets for the train and transfer to the city of Vyksa from the nearest railway station Navashino.

The Vyksa Art Residence was founded by the OMK-Uchastie (OMK-Participation) Charity Foundation in 2017 as part of the Art-Ovrag festival and works all year round. It has since been visited by more than 30 artists. Applications are open to artists of all ages and working in all techniques. Preference is given to projects that focus on the local context.
The curator of the Vyksa Art Residence is Alisa Bagdonaite, art manager, culture specialist and art dealer. She is the head of Zarya Center for Contemporary Art in Vladivostok with an international art residence of its own, which has been successfully running since the end of 2014.

Vyksa Art Residence provides a separate bedroom with bathroom in a mansion, which has an equipped kitchen, living room, study and everything necessary for living and working on the project. The fenced area of the residence has a garden, ideal for picnic and outdoor activities.
There is a workshop space (20 m2) for sharing in the building of the residence.
