The residency offers a rent-free studio (non-residential) with 7 days a week/24 hour access and heating, lighting and broadband internet costs covered.

Application is open to artists (or groups of artists) from all disciplines who are interested in working in a community-based context.
studio 468 is managed by Common Ground along with representatives from Dublin City Council Arts Office and Rialto Development Association. In exchange for the studio residency period all artists are asked to identify a community group or project in the Rialto area that they will engage with during their studio award time.
This is a non-residential residency.
The studio is a pleasant, well-lit space and is equipped with a toilet, and separate store and sink area. There is also a computer with internet access. It can be accessed at times when the centre is closed. (The floor is cement and so may have limited use for artists involved in dance/physical theatre.)
studio 468 is located in the St Andrew's Community Centre, Rialto, in the south inner city of Dublin. There is a range of community based projects in the centre including: Rialto Community Drug Team, Rialto Day Care Centre and Rialto Youth Project.
