Description

The Resident Artist Program at SPCC is designed to enhance and further the educational experience of clay artists seeking to be recognized in the professional realm. Its premises are to provide pre-professional emerging artists time and facilities to develop both their work and acumen in the art world, and provide them with the real-world experience of juggling the demands of running a major clay art facility while supporting themselves and concentrating on their personal artwork. It also supports the educational and community functions of SPCC.

Outcome

Each resident is required to have a show of his or her own work in our Tim Salen Gallery before the end of the residency term.
