Description

The art residence started as an art residence in the autumn 2000. Before that it was a home for a vet. Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, Business and Fine Art Kankaanpää rents the second floor for visiting teachers and artists staying in Kankaanpää.

Accommodation Information

There is 140m2 of space, 4-5 persons can stay in separate rooms. The facilities are good, there is a shower, sauna, two toilets, a kitchen and living room. The living room can be changed into a study if there happens to be only one visitor at the time. It is most suitable for paintings. The yard of residence opens to a peaceful, flat cliff. From the cliff you are able to see the city hall.
