The Office for Contemporary Art Norway is a foundation created by the Norwegian Ministry of Culture and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the aim of strengthening the position of contemporary visual arts and production from Norway and of stimulating and facilitating exchange between Norwegian and international art professionals and institutions.

The International Studio Programme in Oslo is available by invitation only for international artists, curators and cultural practitioners in connection to specific research and project work within Norway. The programme provides residents with accommodations and a studio. Residents are encouraged to engage with the art scene and to establish temporary and permanent exchanges with artists and other art professionals throughout the country.
