Each of the eight institutes has it's own application procedure.
One can subscribe to the Pépinières program but there are programs seperate from the Pépinières program as well.

Working together under one roof of a uniquely-designed building straddling Quebec City's Upper and Lower Towns, eight artistic and community organizations set out to give themselves the means to be masters of their own development and their own future.
