  • Tutoring at the studio during the residency (via phone call in advance).
  • Posters, invitations, catering and drinks for the open studio and exhibition.
  • Transport for the artist lectures at the art faculty.
  • Shared tools.
  • WIFI at the atelier/house.
Paid by artist:
  • 500€ / Month, as a membership fee (provides living and working space, all expenses includes).
  • Supplies, own materials.
  • Life expenses (food, travel, transport and medical-insurance)
Application guidelines:

When you send your application form please clarify the materials you’ll need (type, size and quantity of plates and papers) and the techniques you would like to develop. Send an email to [email protected], including the following documents:

  • ​Curriculum Vitae / Resume
  • Short description of your artist project / work planned during the residency period.
  • Visual documentation of recent work (15 jpg images).
  • Letter/s of recommendation of professional institution, someone who knows your work, instructor, etc,
  • Artworks list you want to exhibit and/or techniques you want to use in case of developing the exhibition at the residency.

Liliput is a cultural association based in Puebla, Mexico which organizes an international Artist-in-Residence program and exchanges between mexican and foreign artists. Includes open studio presentations, interviews, lectures and exhibitions. The residence program focuses on the active practice of the artists. The association is coordinated by an artist-collective, with the goal to increase the resources for artistic practice and to establish international relations of our local artists with other artists and associations.

Outcome
  • The artist will participate in the open studio Liliput.
  • The artist will give an artist talk
  • The artist will present their work in a solo exhibition at Liliput in Puebla, Mexico.
Studio Information

Room/studio up to 35 m2, with lots of natural light big windows, toilet, shared kitchen and a balcony.

Accommodation Information

Shared artist-house, with single room (for each artist). Liliput is able to host up to two artist at once.
