Description

The Instituto Buena Bista has 3 functions: An international project platform, an 'artist in residence', an educational track. These 3 tracks are interconnected which enables students and artists to make this institution an energetic and interactive art center that radiates both locally and internationally. The Instituto Buena Bista provides a yearly program of residents, both from the Netherlands (a program made possible by the Dutch Fonds BKVB) and from anywhere else in the world (the IPS program funded by the Mondriaan Foundation). The Dutch guests stay for 3 months, the IPS guests are invited for a month to six weeks.
