International Artist in Residency Programme

Description 

Founded in 2007 as The Irish Museum of Contemporary Art, IMOCA is an artist-led initiative dedicated to advancing education about, awareness and appreciation of, and participation in contemporary, experimental and emerging arts practices. In 2015 IMOCA has evolved into the Independent Museum of Contemporary Arts, with affiliate projects and art centres in various countries.

Outcome 

The objective of the residency is to produce work for a solo exhibition, or in some cases curate an exhibition.

Accommodation Information 

The residency provides accommodation, studio workspace, exhibiton space.

Studio Information 

Each facilities houses a number of various studios, depending on the needs of the artist.

Technical Information 

There is a library of media equipment available [projectors, monitors etc] and they will work to liaise the artist with various service providers as possible.
