To foster and promote the creation, understanding, and appreciation of contemporary literature within a setting of serene natural beauty. The Gell Writers Center offers writers an opportunity and a setting in which to focus upon their writing away from the distractions of their everyday lives. We are especially interested in providing opportunities to emerging or mid-career writers.
