DutchCulture | TransArtists programme council

In July 2016, DutchCulture | TransArtists constituted a programme council of five professionals who work in the international contemporary arts field, know their way in the field of artist-in-residences as well as have knowledge on artists’ mobility. The aim of the council is to give us advice on our activities, both in preparation and feedback on what we have done. TransArtists is one of the desks within DutchCulture. As part of their organisational structure, most DutchCulture desks have a programme council in order to create as well as inform a network actively involved in the region or topic concerned. The programme councils have proven to be fruitful and productive for the activities of the individual desks. For this and the above mentioned reasons, the TransArtists programme council is constituted in order to strengthen and enhance our activities.
