Žeimiai is a small town, on which the rules of the former closed communist communities have left their mark, and which tries absorb the principles of open societies. The town is shrouded in a Lynch-ian atmosphere which unites the bohemian circles and basketball fandom in interesting and sometimes provocative ways. There are two shops, built during the liberation period, also a post office, a school, a municipal building, and all of it is surrounded by farmer-owned territories. The town has a thousand residents.

“RESIDENCY O-YO” imports meaning to the understanding of the archaic game, popular in the youth culture – Yo Yo and denotes artfulness and its forms.
“RESIDENCY O-YO” is oriented towards the studying of perceptionalizm and social PC-izm in relation to the temporary infrastructure of the estate and the DNG program. And under this program, special attention is given to the simulation/dissemination/reconstruction/perception of the exhibition.
