The residency is on the top of a hill, surrounded by olive groves and it is a quite place ideal for writers and artists. The house has a total of 100 m2. It has a living room-kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is a five minute drive from the sea and an eight minute drive from the ancient town of Gytheio. The purpose of the residency is to give the artist the opportunity to be isolated and to create work. Artists will have an opportunity to show their work in an Athenian theatre at the end of their residency.
