Description
Dagaocun Art District is a new art district following in the footsteps of internationally renowned 798 and Songzhuang Artist Village. It is Tongzhou District's only post-industrial and internationally significant arts district, using old joint-enterprise factories, composed of six large workshops, one three-story office block and auxiliary buildings, with a total area of 19,700 square metres.
Accommodation Information
70 and 100 sq. metre studio-apartments available. Studios are fully furnished and equipped with telephone and internet. Each apartment is fully self contained with bedroom, bathroom, cooking & washing facilities and ample studio space.
Paid by artist
6500 RMB (approx. 600 euro) per calendar month. Studio fees cover all usual utilities excluding international phone calls. Residents are also responsible for their own daily expenses such as food and travel during their stay.
