Description
The city of Aomori supports international exchanges focused on creating new culture, by supporting artists' creative activities centered on the artists-in-residence project, and deepening city residents' interest in local culture by providing a space where residents and artists can meet through exhibitions, workshops and other activities.

There is a wood work studio, a printing studio, AV editing studio and a photo studio avaliable, digital video editing and sculpture facilities.
